One man’s saddle of the value of four pounds of like lawful money.
One bridle of the value of eight shillings.
Fifteen yards of mixt colors homespun cloth each yard of the value of two pounds.
One man’s brown-colored broadcloth coat of the value of eight pounds.
One velvet breeches of the value of four pounds.
Divers bills of credit of the State of New York the value of one hundred pounds. Divers other bills of credit issued by the Congress of the United States of America with the value of seven hundred pounds.
One piece of Spanish coined silver of the Kingdom of Portugal, commonly called a half pistareen of the value of nine pence.
One silver-cased watch of the value of eight pounds.
And six silver tablespoons each of the value of twenty shillings.
The goods and chattels of the said John Earle in the same dwelling house then, and there found feloniously and burglariously did steal, take and carry away against the peace of the people of this state and their dignity.”
